Atntevisa.com, operated by Alex Tour and Travel Pvt Ltd (India), is an independent visa assistance
provider and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. Our service
fees may include both government fees and additional charges for documentation support, processing,
and guidance.
By submitting an application via our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund &
Cancellation Policy.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation before processing: Applications can be canceled only if the
processing has not yet started. A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative
fees (e.g., service fee or cancellation charge).
- Rush or urgent applications:These start processing immediately after payment
and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- After submission to authorities:Once the application is submitted to the
relevant immigration authorities, government fees are non-refundable, and the
application cannot be canceled.
Arrival Card / Entry Form Assistance
- Services for arrival cards or similar entry forms are not visa applications and do not guarantee entry approval.
- Processing starts immediately after payment; therefore, these services cannot be refunded once submitted.
- Corrections may be requested where permitted, but additional fees may apply.
Processing Timeline
- While our team aims to start processing immediately, visa approval timelines are controlled entirely by immigration authorities.
- Delays due to background checks, nationality, document verification, peak volumes, or public holidays do not qualify for a refund.
Referred or Further Review Cases
- Applications referred to embassies or placed under additional review (biometrics, interview, or manual verification) are not eligible for a refund.
- These decisions are made by immigration authorities and are outside our control.
Pending Documents / No Response
- If required documents are incomplete or not provided, the application cannot proceed.
- Refunds are only considered if cancellation occurs before submission and after deducting applicable service or cancellation charges
On-Arrival or Duplicate Applications
- No refund will be issued if a visa is obtained directly from immigration, another agent, or on arrival after an application has been submitted through Atntevisa.com.
- Government fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Service Fee Refund in Case of Visa Rejection
- Visa decisions are made by the respective immigration authorities; Atntevisa.com cannot influence approvals.
- For select eligible nationalities and visa categories, the service fee (excluding government fees) may be refunded if a visa is rejected provided all documents were submitted correctly and in compliance with official guidelines.
- Rejections related to personal profile, travel history, financial standing, background checks, or immigration discretion are not eligible for refund.
- Government fees and third-party charges are always non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@atntevisa.com with:
- Full name as per passport
- Transaction ID / Application ID
- Registered email address used for the application
- Reason for refund request
All requests are evaluated within 72 hours. Approved refunds (minus applicable administrative/cancellation charges) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Dispute and Chargeback Policy
- Disputes or chargebacks will only be recognized if a refund request has been submitted officially.
- Unwarranted chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.
- We may share records and communications with payment processors to resolve disputes.
