  • Atntevisa.com provides guidance, document review, and application support for visas, including submission to the appropriate government authorities where allowed.
  • We ensure accurate and up-to-date information, but immigration rules, visa fees, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements are subject to change by government authorities at any time.
  • We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or policy changes by immigration authorities.

Fees & Payments

  • All payments include government fees and service charges.
  • Visa fees, service fees, and related charges may change without prior notice in line with government updates.
  • Payments will be processed securely, and you agree to pay all fees applicable for your chosen service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Applications can only be cancelled before processing begins. Processing starts immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Rush or urgent applications cannot be cancelled as processing begins instantly and fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will deduct a service fee of USD 69 or cancellation fee of USD 35 per applicant.
  • Once submitted to immigration authorities, applications cannot be cancelled, and government fees are non-refundable.
  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@atntevisa.com.

Processing Times

  • Processing times provided by Atntevisa.com are estimates based on historical data and typical government timelines.
  • Final approval and processing duration are determined solely by the immigration authorities.
  • Additional document requests, holidays, or policy changes may extend processing times.

Rush and Urgent Visa Services

  • Optional Rush and Urgent services prioritize your application internally.
  • Additional government or service fees may apply.
  • Atntevisa.com cannot guarantee government processing times for urgent applications.
  • You acknowledge that external factors, including immigration rules and policy updates, can affect outcomes.

Privacy & Security

  • By using our services, you consent to receive communications regarding your application.
  • Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
